In today’s edition of What’s Cookin’? Elizabeth Brahler is showing us how to make the Brahler Family’s Taco Casserole! The casserole feeds 4-6 people and 1 dog.
What’s Cookin’? Brahler Family Taco Casserole
Ingredients:
- 2 packs of taco seasoning
- salt and pepper
- 1 small can of tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream
- one large bowl of shredded cheese
- two tubes of croissants
- 2 pounds of hamburger meat
Directions:
#1- Brown the hamburger meat in a skillet and add the taco seasoning, salt and pepper.
#2- Add the tomato paste and sour cream.
#3- Spray the bottom of a casserole dish with cooking spray and layer in one tube of croissants.
#4- Cover the bottom of the dish completely with the meat mixture.
#5- Cover with cheese and layer the second can of croissants on top.
#6- Pre-heat the oven to 350 and cook for 25-30 minutes.
